Bios upgrade for the T1100.  
It's not much newer than the original, but it made the 
PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0 bios fully ACPI compliant 
and allowes 512MB RAM (2 X 256) on the Anaheim-3 810 Rev.F 
motherboard with Intel Whitney 82810 Rev.3 chipset.  

New BIOS: 31571.EM.0000.D.0110172030             bios date: 10/17/2001

1. Download PH69MEM1.zip and extract files to a temporary directory. 
2. Double click bootdisk.exe [contained within the zip file] to install system boot files to floppy.
3. Copy the other files to a blank formatted floppy in floppy drive.
4. Reboot computer.
