This BIOS fixes the following problems of the previous version:
- Supports K7 Sempron CPU. 
- Fixes USB mouse cannot work properly after resume from S4.
- Fixes system resume from S1 fail under Win98SE.
- Fixes a yellow mark in device manager without PS2 device installed under Windows 2000.
- Adds CPUID=662 L2=64K for Duron CPUs.
- Updates VGA BIOS to 4.1F.00.08.00	
- Fixes 3COM LAN card standby problem	
- Fixes AMI Diag 6.21 test fail when USB Keyboard/Mouse Legacy support was enabled
- Shows current system memory channel information
- Remove "Reset Configuration Data" item in the BIOS setup as chipset does not support it
- Addes PS2 Keyboard/Mouse resume from S3
- Updates VGA Bios to Version 4.1F.00.08.00
